Use it naturally

Addressing one person

你 is the everyday singular “you.” Use 您 when extra politeness is needed, and add 们 for more than one person.

你好greeting

A standard greeting: hello or hi.

你们plural

Add 们 to address more than one person.

你的 + nounpossession

Add 的 before a noun to say “your …”.

In questions, 你 usually stays before the verb: 你喜欢…? 你去…?
